Yes, they are really reliable, the service was perfect and incredibly fast! At first I was hesitant to buy one of these dolls, but after some research I decided to get one. The customer service was great and if I had any questions they were answered. When I got the doll, she was exactly what I expected, just a little heavier than I expected.
