Yes, very responsive and kind. My husband and I chose this doll. She is heavy but looks exactly like the pictures. She came with a little care package too. Great customer service that answered any questions we had and kept us updated. It took 8 days from the time we placed the order until shipping confirmation. Shipping only took 5 days.
